These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services offered by eComStart (“we,” “our,” “us”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or purchasing any of our services. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Services We Provide

We offer the following services:

  • Prebuilt Shopify stores

  • Shopify store configuration and setup services

These services are available worldwide, and all support and communication are conducted via email, WhatsApp, or other preferred chat channels.


2. Payment Terms

For prebuilt stores, full payment is required upfront at checkout.

For Shopify store configuration and setup services, a minimum of 60% upfront payment is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due before project completion.

Payments are processed securely via PayPal and credit card.


3. Store Delivery & Access

Prebuilt stores are delivered via store transfer invitations sent through Shopify. We communicate the transfer details via email and WhatsApp.

For store setup and configuration services:

  • If we create a new store for you, ownership will be transferred via email invitation.

  • If we work on your existing Shopify store, you must provide collaborator access by sharing the collaborator code, allowing us to access and configure your store.


4. Revisions & Support

We offer 3 free revisions to your store design and functionality within the agreed scope.

We provide 30 days of free support for guidance and to resolve technical queries related to theme customization, store design, and app conflicts. Support does not include new implementations or redesigns beyond the revisions.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are not available once work has started or the store has been delivered due to the customized nature of our services.

Refunds are only eligible if:

  • We are unable to deliver your store within the agreed timeframe due to our limitations.

  • Your requested requirements are outside our scope or capacity, and we notify you before proceeding.

Refund processing typically takes 3–7 business days and will be refunded via your original payment method.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for accepting Shopify store transfer invitations promptly. We recommend completing this within 7 working days to ensure timely revisions.

All requests for revisions must be documented within the 7 working days after store delivery. After this period, no further changes can be requested under the free revisions policy.


7. Intellectual Property

All prebuilt store designs and customizations are licensed for one-time use per customer only.

Customers may not share, resell, or redistribute the prebuilt stores or their customizations without prior written consent from eComStart.


8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

We provide store setup and design services as described and do not guarantee sales or business outcomes.

We are not responsible for any third-party app functionality, Shopify platform issues, or external factors affecting your store’s performance.


9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
