At eComStart, we strive to provide high-quality prebuilt Shopify stores and setup services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Refunds After Store Delivery

Due to the digital and customized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once your store has been delivered or work has begun.

We devote time and expertise to each project. Refunds will not be granted due to dissatisfaction or change of mind.

However, we always strive to do our best and work closely with you to deliver a high-quality store that meets your expectations. Our goal is to ensure you’re confident and happy with the final result.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

  • We are unable to deliver your store within the agreed timeframe due to our limitations.

  • We determine that your requested requirements are outside our scope or capacity.

We will notify you via email or WhatsApp if we are unable to proceed with your project.


3. Revisions & Support

We offer:

  • Up to 3 free revisions to your store design and functionality (within scope).

  • 30 days of free support for guidance and technical queries related to design, theme setup, and basic app conflicts.

*Support does not include new features, redesigns, or coding services outside the original scope.

4. Refund Process

If eligible, your refund will be processed via your original payment method (e.g., PayPal).

  • Processing Time: 3–7 business days

  • You will be notified by email once your refund is initiated.
