Once payment is received, our team will contact you and complete your Shopify store within 3 business days.

When the store is finished, our customer support team will send you an email to confirm the transfer of your store. This email will include a demo image of your store and clear instructions on how to claim ownership.

Important Notes:

1. You’ll need to purchase the Basic Shopify Plan ($39/month) to access your store.
2. Please note that you cannot transfer a Shopify subscription from your own account to the Prebuilt Store. Do not purchase a Shopify subscription until we’ve delivered your store.
